2. The goal is to hit a cross functional slice of all your users.
3. Create hypothesis’s to be tested and assumptions to be validated.
4. Create a list of demographic questions and ice breakers to start with the CI sessions.
5. Create a list of general questions for traditional interview portion of the inquiry.
6. Create categories of information you want to make sure you learn about as you observe users doing their work or tasks.
7. Create wrap up questions or reminders.
